To get the Shimenawa’s Reminiscence Artifact Set in Genshin Impact, Travelers must access a Domain found on one of the main islands of Inazuma.
Shimenawa’s Reminiscence is an Inazuman Artifact Set in Genshin Impact that bolsters ATK% as its passive 2-Piece Bonus and increases Normal, Charged, and Plunging Attack DMG at the cost of 15 Energy for its 4-Piece Bonus. Specifically, Shimenawa’s Reminiscence’s 4-Piece Bonus will trigger whenever its wearer casts an Elemental Skill. If the character has 15 or more Energy to spare, the Genshin Impact Artifact Set will consume 15 Energy to buff the DMG of the attacks mentioned above by 50% for 10 seconds. Bear in mind that this effect cannot activate again during its 10-second duration.
With these Bonuses in mind, Travelers can give the Shimenawa’s Reminiscence Artifact Set to essentially any character of whom they wish to boost ATK% and Normal Attack-based DMG. Such units would include Yoimiya, Keqing, Xiao, Klee, Xinyan, and several more. However, most of these characters would likely benefit more from the Artifact Set’s 2-Piece Bonus than its 4-Piece Bonus, meaning they would need to sacrifice the 4-Piece Bonus of another set. Therefore, fans should consider whether this decision is advantageous for their desired build for the chosen character.

To get the Shimenawa’s Reminiscence Artifact Set in Genshin Impact, Travelers must enter and farm the Momiji-Dyed Court, a Domain located on Yashiori Island of Inazuma. Accessing this Domain will require players to unlock Inazuma by completing the entire Mondstadt and Liyue questline, concluding with “A New Star Approaches.” Then, after doing “We Will Be Reunited” and “Autumn Winds, Scarlet Leaves,” the players will eventually arrive in Inazuma at the international port of Ritou.
Where To Farm Shimenawa’s Reminiscence In Genshin Impact
However, the rest of Inazuma will be inaccessible until the quest “Ritou Escape Plan” has been completed. Once Travelers are free to explore the rest of the islands, they can ride southwest with their Waverider to reach Yashiori Island. After arrival, investigate the area south of the main trail by Musoujin Gorge to find the entrance to the Momiji-Dyed Court.
To clear the Momiji-Dyed Court, players are encouraged to use Pyro and Cryo characters in Genshin Impact for the Elemental DMG Bonuses the Domain provides. The Momiji-Dyed Court features a variety of enemies, depending on the chosen difficulty level. These enemies include Hilichurls, Mitachurls, Electro Slimes, Electro Abyss Mages, and the Thunderhelm Lawachurl. Clearing this Domain will yield pieces of Shimenawa’s Reminiscence as well as Artifacts from the Emblem of Severed Fate Set. This set is an excellent choice for characters who require lots of Energy Recharge, such as Raiden, Bennett, Mona, Xiangling, or Yelan.
